Farm Science Review
When you visit the Farm Science Review, be sure to catch the shuttle to the Gwynne Conservation Area. It showcases a variety of natural resource management practices for ponds, wetlands, streams, prairie grassland and forests, such as dry hydrants, low impact stream crossings, native grasses, pollinator mixes, grassed waterways, year-round forage mixes, wildlife food plots, crop tree planting (pines, nuts, and timber), windbreaks and reforestation. Visitors can see these management practices on site as examples of ways in which their land can be enhanced for economic, environmental, and enjoyment purposes
